Based in Cardiff, Andromeda Cheer and Dance was created in 2022 with the aim of providing high-quality dance team training for adults.

Our dance coaches have years of experience competing in pom and jazz dance at National and International levels and are fully qualified to teach pom, jazz, lyrical, ballet and hip hop.

Andromeda Cheer and Dance began teaching drop-in skills classes in July 2022 designed to introduce dancers to the all-star styles and skills, before opening 2 adults dance teams in pom and jazz dance that both trained once per month. 

Now, as we head into our fourth competitive season, we are offering 2 dance teams in lyrical & pom! These teams will train one Saturday a month. 

We are delighted to be able to offer teams suitable for every commitment level and we hope that this will encourage more adults to take up/continue to dance alongside their work/family lives.

For a no-commitment option, we are proud to now offer a drop-in recreational option for our dance skills classes! Available every 4th Saturdays of the month! You can join in from 10am to 10:45am or 1pm to 1:45pm for our skills classes. Enquire today to learn more and book in!
