Monthly Allstar Pom Dance Team in Cardiff
Our 2026-2027 monthly competitive pom team is open to dancers of all abilities who have a positive mindset and are ready to work hard! Pom dance is all about strong arms and sharp movements, so if you are willing to put the work in then this is the team for you.

4th Saturday
Training Session: 10am – 1pm
Weekly 45 Minute Strength & Stretch Virtual Sessions
Additional sessions may be required.
