Adults Competitive Dance Teams in Cardiff
Our all-star pom, jazz, lyrical and hip hop dance teams are designed to train dancers to work in a team; a part of one unit; all on the same wavelength. Commitment to the team is expected and every team member has a unique role in the routines. You will be trained in all-star pom and lyrical with the aim of competing in 2 competitions in 2025/26, and an optional 3rd competition in June 2026.
Teams train in-person for 3 hours on 1 Saturday morning per month. Competing at 2 events in the 2025-26 season, with an optional 3rd in June 2026.
Lunar Ladies Open Pom Team
Our Open Pom team will train on the 3rd Saturday each month from 10am to 1pm. Additional sessions may be required. This team is all about precision and sharp movements. Energy is a must! If you’d like to give our Lunar Ladies Open Pom team a go this season, just fill out the interest form below!
Eclipse Open Lyrical Team
Our Open Lyrical team will train on the 3rd Saturday each month from 1pm to 4pm. Additional sessions may be required. This team is about connecting to the lyrics and expressing your emotions through your movements.
