What's Included?
You’ll begin your dance programme journey with a FREE initial virtual consultation. This call will enable you to ask any questions and for our coach to assess your current physical fitness and dance skills.
You’ll, then receive access to our all-in-one coaching app to view and track your workouts, record your progress, and directly message your trainer.
You’ll receive a weekly 30 minute virtual check-in with your PT to talk through your programme and make any adjustments, if necessary. These check-ins will serve as a “checkpoint” to assess progress.
